This Cookie Policy explains how PaidInvoice (“we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and web application. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function, remember your preferences, and understand how it's used. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixels, which this policy refers to collectively as “cookies”.
2. Categories of Cookies We Use

We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes in future, we'll update this policy and add a way to manage those preferences at that time.

4. Third-Party Cookies
Our payment processor (Stripe) may set its own cookies when you make or receive a payment through the Service, used for fraud prevention and to process the transaction. These are governed by Stripe's own privacy and cookie policies, which we encourage you to review.
5. Managing Your Cookies
We don't currently run a cookie consent banner, because every cookie we set today is either essential to signing in and using the Service, or a functional convenience (like remembering a referral code or your sidebar state) rather than advertising or analytics tracking. You can still control cookies directly through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them.
Note that blocking the essential cookies listed above will prevent you from staying signed in or using parts of the Service. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in future, we'll update this policy and introduce a proper consent/preferences control at that time.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies and technologies we use. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
